Content

This course aims to examine the theory, practice and process of conflict analysis, negotiation and dispute resolution and aims to develop basic negotiation skills for lawyers in the context of commercial negotiations in a cross-cultural context.

There are 3 components to the assessment:
1. Class attendance; Class participation: 10% of your marks
2. A learning journal for 30% of your marks, due by 5.00pm, Friday 8 May
3. A three hour written exam [date to be notified] worth 60% of your marks.
