Presentation

Camille PFEFFER explores the new ways of working and organizing associated with digital transformations. She is interested in the hybridization of work practices and workspaces within organizations, considering in particular the experience of employees who telework in alternative spaces (e.g. coworking spaces). She approaches these themes through qualitative approaches, considering notions of identity, organizational identification and organizational space. She considers the implications of these practices for the strategic management of organizations and human resources, in relation to local and global societal issues.
