Presentation

Nesrine MECHRI holds a Ph.D. in finance and is a member of the CONFLUENCE research unit: Sciences and Humanities at the Catholic University of Lyon. She is a lecturer-researcher in finance at ESDES Lyon Business School. Having obtained her Ph.D. in management sciences at the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1, she is interested in predicting stock markets and the sensitivity of macroeconomic and financial markets. Her thesis consists of 4 essays that have been (are being) published in several international scientific journals. She is interested in applying econometric models as well as artificial intelligence techniques to better understand the complex dynamics of contemporary financial markets.
