Marion Briatta is a lecturer and researcher in law and a member of the CONFLUENCE: Sciences et Humanités research unit at the Université Catholique de Lyon. Her work focuses on intellectual property law and legal theory. She also teaches at the Faculty of Letters and Civilisations at the Catholic University of Lyon.
