Sébastien PEPIN, Counsel of francophone team, ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris

As Counsel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Sebastien oversees the management of the cases in the francophone case management team. In this capacity, he has supervised and administered several hundred ICC arbitrations involving disputes between private companies, states and/or individuals, in matters relating to energy, construction, investment treaties and other general commercial issues, as well as performed the scrutiny of more than two hundred arbitration awards. Prior to joining ICC, he interned with several international arbitration teams in top international law firms. He is a member of the New York bar, is admitted to the Paris bar and holds an L.L.M. from Vanderbilt University. He also undertook a double degree program organized by King’s College London with Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and is educated in both English and French law. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish and also speaks German.
