Presentation


Join Phd in Law  at  the University of Turin and the University of Bordeaux discussing a thesis on the relationship between res judicata in French and Italian criminal procedure and European decisions. During my post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Turin I worked on the topic of European investigation order in the context of the projet EIO-LAPD promoted by the European Commission. 
As a professor at the Catholic University of Lyon, my research interests include criminal procedure, European criminal cooperation, the European Court of Human Rights and human rights.
