Presentation

Cécile Pellegrini is a lecturer in private law at the Catholic University of Lyon and a member of the CONFLUENCE: Sciences et Humanités research unit. She is also a research associate at the Centre de Recherche en Droit International Privé (CREDIP).  She teaches at the Faculty of Law and runs the dual degree of Licence de Droit/Bachelor of Civil Law at Ucly. Her work focuses on private international contract law, European consumer law and the law applicable to new technologies.
