Presentation

I hold an MBA in International Management as well as a PhD in Management obtained from Université Laval (Canada), where I also served as a faculty member. During my time there, I taught several courses, including Strategy, Crisis Management, and Management.
My research focuses primarily on organizational crises. In this area, I have conducted extensive research, published a doctoral dissertation, several peer-reviewed academic articles, and participated in numerous international academic conferences addressing crisis-related issues. Alongside my academic work, I have also worked as a consultant for Revenu Québec and Forvis Mazars. This dual academic–professional experience allows me to closely integrate theory and practice, each continuously informing and strengthening the other.
Since September 2025, I have been an Professor  at ESDES. I continue to pursue research on crises, with a particular interest in the pedagogy of crisis management, change management, and organizational transformation. Given my international background, I also teach cross-cultural management and diversity management. In addition, I teach research methodology, supporting students in the development of strong analytical and scientific skills.
