Un jour, je suis tombé sur un livre qui m’a fait réfléchir sur l’importance d’améliorer notre façon d’apprendre. J’ai alors écrit un cours pour « Apprendre à apprendre ».

Dans cette Licence, j’aime le fait qu’il y ait un petit effectif, ce qui permet de communiquer au mieux avec les professeurs et les chargés de TD si nous avons des questions […] Les débouchés sont variés et peuvent convenir à différents profils !

Il me semble important que la profession dispose d’autres outils que les systèmes d’interprétations univoques.

Je me suis beaucoup inspirée de mon expérience avec le parcours culturel de licence pour créer mon association.

Quentin joined a law firm in New York after passing the New York Bar.

He said that « pursuing the Dual LLM Degree has by far been my most rewarding university experience, both personally and academically, the class structure at both St. John’s and UCLy played an instrumental role in understanding even the most complex matters. » Quentin explained why he took the New York Bar exam. He insisted on the international marketability. He added that taking « the New York Bar is the last step of a long international academic background. It was a new challenge, which should not, however, be undertaken lightly. This is definitely an extra qualification and a legitimacy when it comes to employment. »

This program provided me with an outstanding possibility to broaden my experiences as a jurist. At first, the substantive law does give deeper knowledge to an interesting field of law: In my view, international law is very important and will be assumed by many law firms. And secondly, the programme helped me to accelerate many soft skills necessary for a transnational practitioner, like negotiating or working in a team. And finally, it is hardly surprising that the programme helped me to improve my legal English

J’ai toujours été très sensible à l’injustice… C’est dans les cours de récréation que j’ai commencé à combattre les inégalités !

Sariyya currently doing an internship at the World Trade Organization came back to share her experience with our current students on 4th December 2018. She explained what it entails to work in the Secretariat of the WTO as an intern. She also made a presentation on the WTO disciplines on Trade in Agriculture, her area of interest.
