Studying abroad during your degree<\/h2>

Would you like to study at a partner university for a semester or an academic year?<\/p>

Depending on your course and faculty, you can gain international experience, develop your skills and enrich your academic and personal development.<\/p>

Moving abroad involves several steps. Here are the key steps to help you plan your move with confidence:<\/p>

1. I check that I can go<\/strong><\/h3>

Check with your faculty, school or institute:<\/p>

Are study abroad opportunities available as part of your degree programme?<\/p>

From which year of your degree can you go abroad?<\/p>

2. I choose my destinations<\/strong><\/h3>

See the list of our partner universities.<\/a><\/p>

3. I prepare my application<\/strong><\/h3>

Each faculty has its own timetable and a mobility advisor to assist you.<\/p>

You should submit your mobility preferences based on your academic results and your level of English.<\/p>

See the list of mobility coordinators or advisors.<\/a><\/p>

4. My application is being considered<\/strong><\/h3>

A selection panel reviews your application and approves (or rejects) your choice of destination.<\/p>

5. I have been selected<\/strong><\/h3>

If your application is successful:<\/p>

  • you will be nominated to a partner university by your faculty\u2019s mobility coordinator<\/li>\n\n
  • you will then enrol online with the host institution<\/li><\/ul>

    6. I am sorting out my funding<\/strong><\/h3>

    You may be eligible for financial support (Erasmus+ or regional grants) if:<\/p>

    • your mobility programme leads to ECTS credits (30 or 60)<\/li>\n\n
    • you are going to a partner university<\/li><\/ul>

      Good news: no further action is required on your part with the International Relations Office. Your mobility advisor will submit your grant application directly.<\/p>
