This course addresses \nissues of private business  enterprises investing, producing, and \nmarketing their goods and services  in the international marketplace; \nnational and supernational regulation  of the activities of such \nbusinesses; expropriation and political  risks; and policy issues \nrelating to the existence of multinational  corporations.
