Therefore, in front of faulty \nbehaviors, beneficial behaviors appeared in ethical guidelines adopted \nby different major international companies.<\/p><p>The legal adviser is \ntherefore at the crossroad between profit seeking and ethics. That is \nwhy International business law should always look for Justice.
