Sign in! <\/strong><\/h2><p>Join the Buddy Program and connect with a UCLy student to experience university life in a friendly and intercultural way.<\/p><p><strong>You won\u2019t be alone when you arrive:<\/strong> your buddy will help you settle in, discover Lyon and meet other students.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Buddy Program ? What is it?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><p>The Buddy Program puts in contact an international and a French student at UCLy.<br>It offers both international and French students an opportunity to overcome language barriers, cultural differences, to establish social contacts, and experience a multi-cultural and multi-lingual university environment.<\/p><p>You and your Buddy are also welcome to all&nbsp;<a aria-label=\" (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ucly.fr\/en\/student-life\/international-relations-office\/pole-international-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">P\u00f4le International<\/a>'s events throughout the year !<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Who can participate?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><p>The program is open to all UCLy students:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>International students who want support and integration <\/li>\n\n<li>French students who want to meet international students and practice a foreign language<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>How does it work?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3><p>Registrations for the Buddy Program are currently open for the 2nd semester 25\/26:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Registration link for international students: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/i3yApGxkrEFkoixk8\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/i3yApGxkrEFkoixk8<\/a><\/li>\n\n<li>Registration link for french students: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/pWoTPiuk2vykhLXMA\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/pWoTPiuk2vykhLXMA<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Any questions please email P\u00f4le International poleinternational@univ-catholyon.fr or come by the office A275 (St-Paul Capus, International Relations Office).<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-text-image\">\n  <div class=\"row align-bottom collapse\">\n    <div class=\"column small-12 medium-6 xlarge-5 xxlarge-expand wp-block-text-image-info js-fade-scroll\">\n      <p class=\"wp-block-text-image-title\">Luna Drouot, Law student at UCLy<\/p>\n      <div class=\"wp-block-text-image-intro\"><p data-start=\"106\" data-end=\"359\">&#8220;I really enjoyed being a buddy for international students. I was able to talk with them, support them when they arrived in Lyon, and introduce them to other students. I realized that, despite our different nationalities, we had a lot in common!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"366\" data-end=\"591\">I also had the opportunity to show them aspects of French culture and share some of my favorite local spots.
