This course is offered every fall and spring semester. Introduction to the law creating, structuring, empowering, and limiting administrative agencies, with an emphasis on the principles common to all administrative agency action; topics include administrative procedure, the scope of judicial review of administrative action and the relationship of administrative agencies to the political branches of government.

> Students should take 6 credits on the "Required Courses" section and 6 credits in the "Elective Courses" section during the SPRING semester.
